Overview

The Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens is great to have at your disposal for when you cannot get up and close with your subject. Its long focal length makes it ideal for nature, sports, and portrait photography.  It is solidly built at 3 lbs. and measures 3.6" x 7.4”.  When shooting a still subject the image stabilizer function automatically steadies your shot and eliminates blurry camera movements.  It also has an attached collar to decrease the top-heaviness of the lens when it is attached to the camera on a tripod.  The collar is efficiently designed and helps with easy tripod setup.
